Message	damn time, it was that stupid 2"x1" white connector that got caught. Like you, I cut the old harness out after nearly ripping the white connector wires out. On the install of the new OEM harness, I took a few pics of the white connector, depinned it, and the harness went right in. This was all with the engine out as well. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
